Well, the blog got an overhaul and I got a new address: after much consideration, I'm now located in the Toronto, Ontario area. I'm a Canadian citizen, so it seemed to make sense to raise my young family closer to my kid's grandparents and uncles.
We'll still talk about all things real estate, and all across North America. But expect a bit more Canadian content as well.
While I've been mostly offline, the mortgage blog got a new look! You can now leave comments for me, and participate in "conversations" over the latest post. I'm looking forward to hearing from you!
We'll be exploring all sorts of mortgage related topics, as usual. I'll be introducing you more and more often to other interesting blogs in the real estate niche. Here's to a great 2007!
